PADI BASIC AUA UNDERWATER DANCE

What is Underwater Dance?
Underwater Dance is an artistic form of movement performed beneath the surface, where the water becomes part of the choreography. Unleash your creativity in fluid motion. Buoyancy changes the way the body moves, water resistance slows each gesture, and breath becomes part of the rhythm and expression. It is not just swimming or posing — it is a graceful, creative way to explore movement, body control, and performance underwater.
